Corporate Events At Ghan House
Ghan House has a choice of 3 unique conference rooms ~ all have natural daylight and free wi-fi. From a meeting for 2 up to 50 delegates, we can accommodate most wishes. We also work closely with the adjacent Heritage Centre.
Hands-on cookery & wine tasting here at Ghan House can be incorporated into your team building.
We can provide LCD projector, flip charts, photocopying and printing.
In addition, the ballroom has a permanently fixed 75″ touchscreen for bright, wireless presentations from any device and ability to be whiteboard, built in camera for Zoom/Teams meetings & it’s linked up to the Marantz stereo for proper sound – ask if you need this room!
A great option, is David at Escape Rooms just 200 metres away, provides a fun group Escape Rooms experience (we’ve done it – we loved it!) and they also provide bicycle hire along with Joie & Richard at On Yer Bike! down at The Marina.
Just 5km away – you can book the ferry for your very own private cruise out to the lighthouse – with music & food!

For a guided walk on the Mountain or Medieval Carlingford, Clodagh at Anam Tours knows the mountain better than the wild horses & goats.
The Heritage Centre can also provide guided walks of the town & King John’s Castle – which was built in 1210, but recent discoveries over the last 10yrs by the OPW has revealed artifacts pre-dating this time!

We have free wireless internet. All bedrooms have superb views of the Lough, the Mourne Mountains or Slieve Foy. The restaurant – 2AA Rosettes held since 2011 – has a great reputation for food using the best of local produce and herbs & vegetables from the gardens. We have walled private grounds ideal for team building in addition to a very popular Cookery School.
Carlingford Lough is a stone’s throw from our gardens and the medieval town of Carlingford just a tree length away. We work closely with the adventure centre, Escape Rooms, mountain & historical town guides & local bicycle hire – bringing together a wealth of variety & experience ~ right on our doorstep.
